Lotus Knows how to help an Army Officer keep in touch with friends and family!

Eric Petrevich of
MegaGeek.com A good friend and former coworker -- currently stationed in Kabul, Afghanistan -- is using the Lotus Notes Domino Blog to communicate with friends and family. Eric Petrevich, a 1st Lieutenant in the United States Army National Guard, is also a skilled Lotus Notes Domino Administrator and Developer, and webmaster of MegaGeek.com. His blog, the Mob 2009 Blog, is classic Eric - he is embracing Kabul culture through it's cuisine. A total foodie, Eric -- or Moose to his friends -- has even created a guide to Kabul restaurants!

Eric's not new to the blogging world (those curious can check out his Iraq Tour blogs), nor is he new to the Lotus Community:

Bruce Elgort and Eric
Petrevich, Lotusphere 2005

Eric and I did our tour together (Lotus-related work, not military...) when we worked at iEnterprises, Inc.. Oh, the stories...

Perhaps I'll ask Shirley is she can answer his Call to Arms... and send over a care package of Irish Car Bomb cupcakes!
