Upcoming Review: Reflections on Management

Compliments of Pearson Education, I'll be reviewing Watts S. Humphrey's (with William R. Thomas) Reflections on Management: How to Manage Your Software Projects, Your Teams, Your Boss, and Yourself. This ~240 page book won't get the typical First Impressions followed by a Complete Review-style review here due to it's size.

But fear not, fans-of-the-giveaways, I will be giving away a free copy of this book post-review to a reader as I do with any of these reviewed titles. Keeping it simple this time with an enter-via-comment (to the post containing the review, not here).

I'll also have some product and gadget reviews coming up with accompanying giveaways... provided I can devote the time needed to properly review them.

All of these reviews -- from books to products and gadgets -- will be from an IBM Lotus Notes Domino Application Developer perspective. Simply put: I'll let you know if it will help you with your job.

With Reflections on Management for example, I think that LND developers can absolutely benefit from any project and team management best practices.
