Lenovo's Thinkpad Viral: Black or Titanium

I don't know about you - but I'm a softy for the matte-black, workhorse look of the current IBM Lenovo Thinkpad. It seems like anyone who's only looked at the simple, all-business design and featureset scoffs and turns their heads towards something shinier, but anyone that's used an Thinkpad (especially those of us who used them on-the-road) know that they're an invaluable tool. They just plain work.

And since Lenovo released their first (in my opinion) consumer-friendly member of the Thinkpad product family with the Z-series, I was counting down the days until we would see a metrosexual-makeover for our beloved black-boxes. But despite my initial doubts, and from what I can see from the new Lenovo viral marketing campaign, I think I'm liking the titanium!

It's looking pretty slick, pretty cool, but still very professional. Regardless of where they go from here, whether it's Black or Titanium, I'm just waiting for the X-series to get a larger resolution display!
