Time Tracker
The idea is simple. At the start of your day - upon completion of your first task - create an entry highlighting what you did and whether you feel it was an efficient or inefficient use of your time. Based on several requests, you can also select the priority, apply categories, or even align your time against a project.
For Lotus Notes Client v8.0 and above, you can use the Time Tracker Widget to make this process even easier!
Zephyr
My Configuration-based Rich Text Mail Merge and Emailing Utility, Zephyr allows you to create rich, data-driven emails to support automated workflow - all via Microsoft Word Mail Merge-like architecture. Dear <firstname> allows you to personalize each email message not only to the individual recipient, but also to the individual application workflow event!
xCopy
xCopy is a simple configurable xCopy client for the Lotus Notes client. By creating and defining xCopy Profiles, you can batch process your file backup or remote upload jobs. With the addition of the xCopy sidebar widget, you can easily kick-off these jobs, and modify both the xCopy Profiles and xCopy itself.

PREVIEW: Using Dojo Toasters for Interactive User Interfaces in XPage Applications
04/09/2012 11:39:50 PM by Chris Toohey
Here's a quick demo and preview for an article that I'm working on for using Dojo Toasters in your XPage-based applications.
Mastering the Dojo Toaster for XPages
Give this demo page a spin and let me know what you think!
Note: I'll be updating the demo in tandem with finishing the article -- which I plan on publishing sometime tomorrow -- so expect this demo to expand. For example, I want to throw an OpenNTF.org Extension Library Remote Service Control in there to pull live data from the server and surface it via Toasters in an application.
... but more on that later -- stay tuned, and let me know what you think about having a bunch of stand-alone demos/examples showcasing stuff like this for XPage application development in the comments to this post.

@Tony:
Nah. In fact, you can add markup in the Content section of that demo and load images, micro-forms, etc.
Makes for a really slick and ultimately very interactive control.
I plan on getting into this in the article, but imagine if -- in a workflow application where you're required to sign off on a given request -- that you get a Toaster-driven indication that you have a new request requiring your attention.
Now imagine if you could simply click on that notification and jump to that request.
... now imagine if you could sign off on that request directly from that Toaster notification! Load some of the basic information about the request into the Toaster along with a button bar (Open Request, Approve, etc.).
Basically would allow you to write a rather slick dashboard for your day-to-day work, like a HUD if you will, and allow people to interact with this thin, flexible, yet amazingly powerful browser-based solution that could be the portal into your managing your daily tasks.
I'm getting ahead of myself. I'll talk to this point and many more in the upcoming article!
I especially like the way that the dojo widget is setup and controlled. Didn't know you could control it this way.
Looking forward to the article!
