Time Tracker
The idea is simple. At the start of your day - upon completion of your first task - create an entry highlighting what you did and whether you feel it was an efficient or inefficient use of your time. Based on several requests, you can also select the priority, apply categories, or even align your time against a project.
For Lotus Notes Client v8.0 and above, you can use the Time Tracker Widget to make this process even easier!
Zephyr
My Configuration-based Rich Text Mail Merge and Emailing Utility, Zephyr allows you to create rich, data-driven emails to support automated workflow - all via Microsoft Word Mail Merge-like architecture. Dear <firstname> allows you to personalize each email message not only to the individual recipient, but also to the individual application workflow event!
xCopy
xCopy is a simple configurable xCopy client for the Lotus Notes client. By creating and defining xCopy Profiles, you can batch process your file backup or remote upload jobs. With the addition of the xCopy sidebar widget, you can easily kick-off these jobs, and modify both the xCopy Profiles and xCopy itself.

Hi, is the design hidden?
looks nice, does it also have some kind of opt-out functionality? If I remember correctly, all mass mailings int he US have to include some kind of opt-out functionality or the originator can face fines by the FCC - or am I maybe mistaken and that rule does not apply for the things this tool helps with?
@Toffa:
Yep - source is open. One of the benefits of purchasing the apps is to see how the given function is performed.
In that respect, they can be invaluable development resources.
... of course, I'm biased.
@Victor:
Great point. This is just the mailer engine, where something like an opt-out would be handled via a different app or done via manual process.
Of course, you could always flag a given contact via the Categories NotesItem, and then use that Categories flag to filter out any opted-out contacts that you happen to push to Mailer.
Something like this:
Hello Chris,
A very nice application, clean, simple, easy to use. Exactly what I needed.
Continue your good work
A+++
Is it possible to add multiple data fields is the template. i only see one in the example
Thanks
@Joni:
The Mailer app comes with a simple-to-install Agent that you can plug into any NotesDatabase including a NAB. Once setup, all you need to do is select the users you want to send the email to and select the Agent from the Actions Menu [I actually do this in the demo video].
Each selected person generates their own jobdocument in Mailer, which means each user receives their own unique email message.
Chris, this was a great tool. I took some of your ideas for little project I had. Excellent code. Keep up with the $5.00 and soon you will have a ChrisAppStore.com! - until Apple finds out!
