My first Skype Spam

Logged onto my IM accounts today (BleedYellow Sametime, Greenhouse Sametime, Gtalk, AIM, YIM, Gizmo, and Skype) when I got the following IM in Skype:
Obviously, this is spam. And while I'm used to getting IM spam on AIM and YIM, this is the first time that it happened to me via Skype! Be warned!
