Notes in Nine: Episode 3 (or why David Leedy is a jerk)

... he's making us all look bad. Simple as that.

I mean, sure - David's showcasing just how amazing Lotus Domino XPages are and how they quickly re-establish RAD techniques into the tool-kit of the Domino Web Application Developer. And I'll give you that he's doing so via a series of awesome video how-to's, thus sharing his expertise beyond the bubble of our community.

But he's really making it hard for someone like me to slop together a demo and publish hello world-class examples while he's building upon example after example and establishing a video-based developer resource.

I mean, just look at his latest offering - Episode 3 from his awesome Notes in Nine series - as proof of David raising the bar is such a jerk-ily way and thus making it that much harder to push swill.

So, to sum up:

David's latest offering - Notes in Nine: Episode 3 - makes it easy for developers and notes geeks to leverage the latest features and functionality of Lotus technologies, but makes it harder on us bloggers to match his expert contributions to the communty.

How dare you sir....
